The AZ42P1 features an American basswood body bolted to an S-Tech roasted maple Oval C shaped neck with a compound radius rosewood fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets, mother of pearl dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include a pair of Seymour Duncan Hyperion humbucking pickups, a T1502 tremolo bridge made by Gotoh, a Graph Tech TUSQ nut, an angled output jack, and Gotoh MG-T locking tuning machines.
