  1. How do I place an order on your website?
  • To place an order on our website, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button and follow the instructions to complete your order.

  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Atome, Shopback and Grabpay
  1. How will my order be shipped?
  • We ship orders via various carriers such as Lalamove, Grab, Citylink, Poslaju and FedEx for international orders. Shipping options and rates will be provided during checkout.

  • Preorders will take an extra 2 more weeks before we can send them off.  Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

  • Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
