They feature a Canadian hard maple neck, the wood of choice for bass necks due to its stiffness and therefore stability. The neck is bolted to an agathist body, and the Powersound PSEB4-4/F & PSEB1-4/R pickups combined with active electronics on the Action-A deliver the tone that today's players need.
