The American Ultra II Stratocaster® Left-Hand features a select alder body with a deep body contour. The quarter-sawn maple neck has a Modern "D" neck shape and a comfortable Ultra Satin finish on the back. The ebony or quarter-sawn maple fingerboard with a 10-14 inch compound radius features Ultra rolled edges, medium jumbo frets, phosphorescent Luminlay® side dots, and a Graph Tech® TUSQ® nut. The tapered neck heel and deep body contour allow easy access to high positions.

The American Ultra II Stratocaster® Left-Hand features three Ultra II Noiseless™ Vintage Strat® pickups that deliver hum-free tone, ranging from sweet crystal-clear cleans to scorching lead sounds. The patented S-1™ switch allows for unique pickup configurations, providing even more sonic variety. The guitar is packed with practical features, including a two-point American Ultra synchronized tremolo with pop-in arm, polished stainless block saddles, cold-rolled steel block, deluxe locking tuning machines, soft-touch knobs, and a 1-ply anodized pickguard.
