Special Edition 14 x 6.5 Hammered Acrophonic Snare

This special blend of snares was concieved by Ludwig's master craftsmen, still working on every single snare by hand in Monroe, North Carolina, USA.

Taking the best of both worlds from each snare, this Acrophonic snare delivers a bright, crispy tone thanks to its aluminium shell. Hammered for a superior finish, the raw aluminium is both robust and resonant, allowing for incredible sensitivity across all styles of playing.

Complete with classic imperial snare lugs, a P85 strainer, Ludwig Weather Master heads and a keystone badge - this limited snare is one for the collector, delivering a super-dry snap that's perfect for both the stage and the studio.
