Nothing produces that classic "British" sound like a Marshall amplifier, whether it's a combo or head and cab configuration. Part of Marshall's MG Gold series, the MG50GFX is a great sounding, feature-packed amp, loaded with pure classic Marshall tone and powerful enough for rehearsal, studio or small clubs. There are Clean, Crunch, OD1, and OD2 channels that you can shape with a 3-band EQ. It also has built-in digital effects including reverb, delay, chorus, phaser and flanger and you can store and recall each channel's settings. Loud enough to fill any medium-sized club, its revolutionary solid state design produces a convincing tube-like response and tone, pumping 50W through the Custom 12" speaker. You also get a line input for music players and emulated headphone and line outputs for silent practice or recording. Marshall has also thrown a switchable effects loop, 2 button footswitch and even a built-in tuner on the MG50GFX. At just under 17kg, it's a little heavier than its smaller MG Goold siblings, but still easy enough to take around town.
