Designed together with Kirk Windstein of Crowbar / Down, this revolutionary, feature‑loaded and top‑of‑the‑line Solar Type EFR1 guitar was created with a radical passion for design and expert attention to detail.

The EFR1.6KW signature model delivers a sharp flat body with back belly cut and a remarkable feature set, making it the ultimate, precise and professional guitar suitable for both stage and studio work. It features a fixed Tonepros locking TOM bridge with string‑thru and a set of EMG 85/81 active pickups for powerful tone, cut and clarity.

The Type EFR1.6KW includes a set‑thru neck/body joint design with 24.75” scale, mahogany body, fast thin mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard with 22 super‑jumbo stainless steel frets and custom block side inlays for stage use. Loaded with Solar 18:1 locking tuners, PPS nut, volume and tone controls with full access neck. Finished in tobacco burst gloss and includes a Solar Type E deluxe gigbag.
