The Blackstar STJ412B is not an electronic component like the STJ412B IC from STMicroelectronics. Instead, it’s a piece of gear for musicians: a specific model of guitar speaker cabinet from the brand Blackstar. The STJ412B is a St. James Series 4×12″ straight guitar cabinet. Its key feature is its lightweight design, achieved using candlenut plywood and exclusive Celestion G12Z-70 “Zephyr” speakers. This makes it significantly lighter than traditional 4×12 cabinets, easing the burden for touring musicians. Despite its reduced weight, it’s designed to deliver the powerful, full-bodied tone expected from a classic 4×12″ cab.
