The AZS2200 features an ash body bolted to an S-Tech roasted maple neck with an S-Tech roasted maple fingerboard with 22 stainless steel frets, black dot position markers, and Luminlay side dots. Components include a Gotoh F1802 fixed bridge with In-Tune saddles, a pair of Seymour Duncan pickups with a Tele-style Alnico II Pro single coil mounted askew in a metal plate at the bridge and a Magic Touch mini-humbucker at the neck, a cream pickguard, a bone nut, and locking Gotoh tuning machines with height-adjustable posts.
