King V series in Professional segment of the catalog deals with affordable guitars just above the beginner level. Despite the pricing and catalog position, these King Vs pack a big punch. Also, the build quality is on the famous Jackson level. Currently, there are six models in the series and King V Standard is an intermediate model. Body of this King V is made of poplar in it`s entirety. It`s solid, flat and equipped with a bolt-on neck joint. Black is the only color option available for this V and it`s finished in high gloss. Licensed Floyd Rose bridge is paired with a locking string nut and fronted with a pair of Jackson humbuckers. Maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
