Finished in elegant Gloss Black with luxurious gold hardware, this Factory Special Run model combines period-correct 1961 specifications with premium Custom Shop appointments for exceptional vintage tone, playability, and style.

At its heart is a trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat '60s single-coil pickups, delivering the unmistakable sparkle, warmth, and articulation of early-'60s Stratocasters with a slightly overwound design for enhanced punch and sustain. The reverse-wound, reverse-polarity middle pickup provides hum-canceling performance in combined pickup positions, making this Strat equally at home with clean vintage tones or driven blues and classic rock sounds.

The alder body is finished in thin Gloss Nitrocellulose lacquer that naturally ages over time, while the maple neck features an authentic 1961 Medium "C" profile for a comfortable vintage feel. A slab rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25" radius preserves classic Fender playability, while the vintage-accurate synchronized tremolo with a cold rolled steel block and bent steel saddles provides smooth vibrato and excellent tuning stability.
