The Jackson Pro Plus Series Soloist SLA2 in Gloss Black is a premium, high-performance electric guitar built for players who demand exceptional speed, precision, and uncompromising tuning stability. Featuring neck-through-body construction, premium Seymour Duncan pickups, a recessed Floyd Rose® 1000 Series double-locking tremolo, and a fast compound-radius ebony fingerboard, this Soloist is engineered to excel in metal, progressive, fusion, and high-performance rock styles.

An arched nyatoh body is paired with a three-piece maple and walnut neck to produce outstanding sustain, balanced resonance, and effortless upper-fret access. Reinforced with graphite rods for enhanced stability, the neck is finished with a smooth hand-rubbed oil finish that feels fast and comfortable during long practice sessions, studio recording, or demanding live performances.

The bound ebony fingerboard features a 12"-16" compound radius and 24 jumbo stainless-steel frets, providing comfortable chord playing near the nut while flattening towards the upper frets for effortless bends, tapping, and fast technical runs. Pearloid Piranha Tooth inlays and Luminlay® side dots ensure excellent visibility in any lighting conditions.

Loaded with a Seymour Duncan JB™ TB-4 bridge humbucker and Seymour Duncan '59™ SH-1N neck humbucker, the SLA2 delivers everything from crushing rhythm tones and articulate cleans to soaring lead sounds. The versatile 5-position blade switch unlocks additional split-coil combinations, giving players an impressive range of tones for virtually any musical style.
